Lance Spraggons - ChairNow retired, with over 30 years experience in training and development within a large organisation, Lance is also a former Chair of the British Institute for Learning and Development Quality Mark Forum. He oversees the administration of the Board, the constitution and operational terms of reference and strategy. |

Keith Nicholls - Vice ChairA former primary school headteacher, teaching in Suffolk for over 20 years, Keith joined the Home-Start Babergh Board of Directors in February 2007. He has particular responsibility for Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and, jointly with the chairman, strategic planning. |

James Walter - TreasurerFounder of a Chartered Accountancy practice in Hadleigh in 1973, retiring as senior partner in 2007, James still works as a strategic tax and financial planning consultant. He joined the Home-Start Babergh Board in October 2007, with responsibility for financial management. |

Lesley Burrows - Volunteers RepresentativeLesley has been a Home-Start Volunteer since 1996, becoming a Director in March 2007 with responsibility for resources and family support. As well as currently supporting a family, she helps with Family Groups in Great Cornard and Sudbury. |

Debbie CollisSelf employed as a Human Resources Management Consultant, Debbie joined the Home-Start Babergh Board in September 2007, with HR responsibility for staff and volunteers. |

Dr Frances Moore MBEA Home-Start Volunteer since 2002, Francis continues in this role and became a Director in 2006, with particular responsibility for public relations and publicity. |

David ParsonsDavid retired recently as Chief Executive of the Institute of Customer Service. He is a school governor and has lived in the Babergh area for many years. He was appointed to the Home-Start Babergh board in November 2009, where his experience will contribute to our strategic planning and responsibility for partnerships. |

Mick ReeveMick retired in June 2006 after a career with BT, and is now consulting within the telecomms industry. A Fellow of the UK's Royal Academy of Engineering, he has worked in design and development in many areas. Mick is a member of Inertia Reel, a local barn dance band, plays accordion for East Suffolk Morris Men. and joined the board of Home-Start Babergh in March 2010. Mick is responsible for Business Operations and Information Technology. |

Peter DentNow retired, Peter has been a resident of Babergh for over 30 years. He ran his own business and more recently spent 12 years with DTI/Business Link assisting companies as required and specifically with financial support. He joined the Board in November with responsibility for funding. |
